Any movie made about Ted K won't be good, because any good movie about him would have to be made from a somewhat sympathetic perspective and that's just not going to happen.
He was a composer for a while. Hung around with a bunch of other poets, philosophers, and composers in his younger years which could make for some interesting dialogue. Plus a depiction of him going mad towards the end of his life could be interesting. Regardless, I doubt anyone will do it in the near future and I have no fricking clue who could play him if they did.
