She would have gotten on Andrea's bad side and become an outcast at school, like Libby; also, she might not have met Libby. She would probably hang out with Darryl a lot more, trying and failing to get him to do good. She would try to enhappify Brighton, but without Scratch or Libby to turn to for help and support, she would probably fail a lot more than she did in the show. Eventually, the McGees would move again.
I think she'd eventually grow up to be just like that old lady in that one episode, the one who had lots of regrets over the lost sense of community Brighton once had. However, because Molly never settled down anywhere, she would feel a sense of loss for a community that she had never even known.
tl;dr she would never have found her forever home without Scratch.
