Nope. It is literally jus a writer who has no idea how to write someone who is an apathetic psychopath. Joker doesn't think twice about blowing up a bunch of babies at the start of a new year for a city that is going to be rebuilding itself after suffering and yet knowing a few israelites died or he is supporting someone who is bugs him suddenly?
