Nothing wrong with it, but Biblically Accurate Autism Angel would be a b***h and a half to animate without reducing her details.
You could do some weird ass animation that meshes badly on purpose with the rest of the show, like the anti-spiral in TTGL.

The concept isn't bad, but the use of lego-tier bright colors and the amount of hands and wings (angels have 3 pairs of wings at most) make it too busy. I would remove the tail, paint the wings and hands with other colors to give it a holier appearance and make the hands float around the angel instead of being attached to him(?).

But being unique isn't an automatic to being good. Certainly, many unique things ARE good, but you can't just go "my thing is unique!" as if it's an implication of actual quality. If that were true then Problem Solverz would be high art.

also eh... im not sure, if you are talking for shows like helluva boss/hazbin hotel, no they have no good designs, if you are talking about shows like Satina or TADC well, the answer is easy, because people have WAY more freedom to design the characters they want.
a great example of this is the early days of newgrounds, they had characters likey bitey or tarboy that were made by users completing an assigment or because they wanted to have fun doing what they liked, same thing applies here, i do like this angelic looking character, i would remove all the extra colors and make it all white with a yellow halo but to each its own.
now the industry doesnt care about creativity or freedom to design a character, they are a bussiness, they want something that will print money, they want the new star wars, the new harry potter, the new game of thrones, they want the new rick and morty, but for that they have a list of do and donts, you know how it is, everything must be politically correct, not too white, and not too black, not too smart and not too stupid (unless everyone is), if one is ugly, then everyone has to be, they want to avoid rule 34 at all cost or to be memed to death, they dont want another Primos or another Thundercats Roar, they want to play as safely as possible.

"biblically accurate angels" is, to 15 year olds, what 'DIDJA KNOW TOMATO IS A FRUIT!?' is to 8 year olds- something they heard somewhere and don't reeeeeally understand what it means or why, but love repeating it because it makes them feel intellectual. as a bonus, these people usually hate religion and conventional beauty, so saying this makes it feel like theyre 'pwning' everything they consider evil, when in reality most people who studied the bible can tell you angels were very rarely described physically and there's no one singular way for them to look, and sometimes, guess what, they appeared as beautiful human people. it's purely cope. seethe even, to use a few terms i hate to use but happen to be accurate this time.

What makes somebody sit down and say "I want to make an angel character based on Rock Paper Scissors"?
That seems like one of the stranger things to base a design on. Is RPS really that valuable of a thing in their life?
It's the four most basic colors you can think of (outside white and black) so while it's possible, I'd just assumed they were using the three primary colors for the RPS and then throwing in some green to help balance things.
