Why aren't there more balding actors in movies?
It seems like it either full on bald with a shaved head(the rock, Bruce Willis) or a 50 year old wearing a rug like Ted Danson or Daniel Craig
Is jude law the only modern exception? Jack Nicholson pulled it off back in his time
why are you posting thumbnails?
this. OP don't you know that all images must be 1024x1024 dall-e images to represent what you are trying to convey using AI?
no i just wanted to check his hairline more thoroughly and compare it to mine
thankfully we will soon lose the ability to upload images we have saved on our computer and all images posted will be generated by ai based on the content of our post. truly a wonder of technology.
>thankfully
no
another luddite i see. everyone not currently disemboweling yudkowski get over here
>another luddite i see. everyone not currently disemboweling yudkowski get over here
wrong
I don't save images I just link from GIS
his hairline stayed the same. the hair is just shorter on the left image
Lmao there’s so many obvious celebrity hair transplants and you picked this pic where there clearly isn’t one?
Nothing wrong with a hairline like this, looks manly and cool. The problem is the inverse, where it recedes in the middle, there's simply no way of presenting it that it isn't ugly.
What should I do with this hairline? Shaving it bald looks like a dick.
don't focus on your looks
Start using finasteride immediately then evaluate in 6 months, results vary from person to person.
If it is still receding then switch to dutasteride. If there is still recession after this (very unlikely) then it's probably over.
If recession has stopped but little to no regrowth then consider adding topical minoxidil or getting a transplant.
If significant regrowth just stick with fin/dut since this might be enough alone to get you to a stage you're happy with.
The most important thing is to start treatment NOW. See a doctor asap and get it done.
finasteride side effects
>inability to have or maintain an erection.
>pain in the testicles.
>depression
>breast growth
dutasteride side effects
>irregular heartbeat
>fatigue
>weight gain
>swelling of the face, fingers, feet, or lower legs
>chest pain
Jesus, just shave it off.
The vast majority including me, most celebrities and most patients using 5x the dose for BPH get no side effects and if you do get them you can just stop taking it. I've buzzed short before and it looked awful so no I won't stop taking it.
Ok trennide.
believing your balls stop working when you want your hair back is just bad cope. shitty hair is a problem thats fixable, and not everyone has a good head shape to go bald
About how much are you out of pocket each month?
$30 a year quartering the 5mg version which is cheap for my country, it's normally like $150 a year.
In the USA $30 a year is just normal, in most other developed countries it will be around $150 some higher some lower.
If it's so cheap and healthy, what's the downside, why is anyone still bald?
My guess is that it's a mix of people being unaware treatments exist and the fact many people just take zero care of themselves or pride in appearance. Some people also might genuinely just not mind being bald.
Suncream is even more accessible yet most men don't use it either.
Well thank you for all the info, I will save your notes to look into later. I'm still in the denial stage
Yeah no prob
The important thing is to start now, fin/dut (the only truly effective meds) halt it very well but don't cause significant regrowth for the majority.
There are also plenty of mentally ill schizos who will insist fin/dut cause a verity of serious side effects. If you check yourself the evidence for this is extremely limited, I'm a medical student and just took it without thinking about it since it's very commonly used for enlarged prostates without concern. Speak to an actual doctor if this concerns you don't listen to the schizos on this site.
You have to take it forever. Why not just accept the way God made you and be bald? Vanity is a feminine quality
>just don't wear glasses, bro. vanity is ungodly
The clones aren't looking alike these days
Yes OP should be considerate that chinks also view this thread
>you best start believing in femcel threads… you’re in one!
baldness is that one thing no one ever wants to acknowledge.
Damn he looks like Phil Collins.
>see picture
>try to think of a witty phil collins remark
>ctrl f to see if anyone mentioned it
Shiiiet. I was going to say "is that Phil Collins' origin story?" or something like that. If there ever is a Phil Collins biopic, he should play him, just so that people think he's playing himself.
It's all about confidence. Despite having one of the worst hairlines Jude Law still has the big dick swagger.
Same with Jack.
Does he actually have a big dick?
This was his hairline at 30. Why do you lie?
it's a wig
Jude Law is relentlessly handsome.
>Why aren't there more balding actors in movies?
Because most balding actors got hair transplants. See Jeremy Piven, Edward Norton, Joel McHale, etc.
>Jeremy Piven
bro tried to sneak his name in among popular celebrities
man has been balding longer than i've been alive yet has more hair.
Me at 27
His appearance finally match his name. "Jude Law" sounds like some hardened old time 1800's gunslinger guy, not a twinky 20 year old pretty boy.
>Tfw born as a white man but didn't do shit in my teenage years
Now I'm 30, balding and ugly as frick
feeling this so bad rn. I literally had my classmates ask me how the hell I managed to stay single for so long and I let my autism get in the way of having a gf. Now I'm 32 and look like IRL Comic Book Guy
Then do something about it?
I started med school (extremely attractive insecurity inducing gigachad centra) a couple of years ago and eventually decided I've had enough of looking like shit.
>2 years gym. The aim is not to get too big but to get reasonable muscle then GET LEAN
>1 year finasteride. Hairline drastically improved
>1 year minoxidil on beard and eyebrows. (I have no chin like the chud meme, a short beard makes it impossible to tell)
>suncream during day and retinol cream during night
>no dairy to clear up spots
>started dressing well
>good hairstyle
I've gone from slightly below average to clearly above average and it honestly wasn't hard. You're competing with the average man who does literally nothing. In a couple of years when I've put some more muscle on and had further progress with the hairline I suspect I'll be a full on chad.
chad isn't a look, it's an attitude
you don't have it now, your aesthetics wont change that
It's both and you absolutely get treated better if you look good.
coping loser
What's there to cope about?
Being attractive? Having to spend 10 cents a day on a pill? Not wanting others to go through the absolute hell of balding?
Lol
Did you make it through med school?
Still there.
they all get implants.
thats not evidence of a transplant moron
you cant regrow your fricking widows peak and get full hair line moron. you probably think tom cruise has real hair too.
His hair looks finer when short and when it's longer he can use products to give it more volume. That's not an implant, baldy.
He straight up talked about balding around Captain America 2
He's balding from the top, horribly balding, like John Hamm. His hairline is like a chalk outline for his dead mane.
He deffo doesnt have one. Look at his hairline in grey man. He probably just eats fin
I remember being 16 and when I shaved my head I got bullied for getting a hair transplant because they could see the scar on the back of my head
I’m going full Jude morde and taking my baldness like a man.
They hate us because we transcended the vanity of modern men. I let my shit bald and won’t shave my head
He won.
P
>tfw full head of hair + 30 in two months
It’s better to bald early and let go of your vanity
It's fine mom's dad has decent hair at 80 probably I'll just keep it forever
or not be a poorgay and dish out a few thousand for a serious transplant, its not even that expensive
Actually literally me
How about hair tattoos? Seem too good to be true.
This shit is mega cringe and spiritually harmful
how so to both?
Cringe because it looks bad, spiritually harmful bc of the irreversibility and conceited nature of it
What happens when your real hair gets grey?
if you go full bald then I like this. Better than nothing. Problem is the tattoo will fade
dye it then? not hard
>Why aren't there more balding actors in movies?
It's still a stigma in Hollywood. Which is weird for multiple reasons but it is what it is. What's interesting with Law is that he kind of stopped balding once he hit the phase seen at 30. I also remember slight inconsistencies with his hairline so I'm pretty sure even he's getting some kind of treatment.
Nothing about it is "too good to be true". It's a rather simple and straightforward operation. I think it's mostly suitable for black men whose transplant options are more limited due to their hair texture. Check out Doc Rivers how it looks in practice!
This. Being dependent on an external supplement for life is not appealing for many.
Movies are literally full of balding men, but maybe you don't notice it if you watch two Marvel movies a year.
most get transplants, any handsome actor that has a period of having a buzzcut; like Pitt, Cavill, Clooney, Chris Evans, etc.. is a pretty good indicator
it's really stupid how we've split the atom and gone to space before finding a way to keep the hair on men's heads
you can sell it as a subscription cream or prostate pills that you have to take for the rest of your life for a chance that it regrows
big finasteride has been quietly offing all the bald genius scientists for years now
if the nazis cared about elevating aryans instead of exterminating subhumans, we would have the cure by now
Baldness rapes feminine structures
True Chads just embrace their baldness
is that the little girl from matilda
He's around 40 in the second pic
anyone have a pic of jude law at 16yo?
his son rafferty law is sexy hot
Jason Statham
I have been balding since I was 13.
