why did Aargon kill the Mouth of Sauron? He's literally just a messenger and was unarmed. Very uncharacteristic of Aargon. Seems like Jackson wanted to shock the audience rather than make a good adaptation

To prevent misinterpretation the message
It's weird, you'd think if Aragorn was trying make friends with Sauron and keep him happy, he wouldn't do something like this.
He killed the messenger to send a message. I can see how this is too complicated for someone of your intellect to comprehend but it’s really quite simple.
Cut off the mouth, the rest of the body dies.
Why did Sauron guard the volcano when it's in his own backyard.
If you hired a bunch of orcs you'd keep an eye on your expensive shit too.
The Mouth of Sauron was a little b***h and so are you.
Don't forget le capeshit quip afterwards.
if we acted more like aragorn trump wouldn't be alive thats for sure
The Mouth used the N-word. Aragon just had to do it. It was the right thing
>legolas what do your elf ears hear?
>he says naught but i can tell he's thinking it
>why did Aargon kill a commander of literal Satan? He's literally just taunting him that the soldiers under his command killed his gay midget.
It's a mystery, moron.
>le biblical interpretation
Frick off Tolkien was too creative for that midwit take
was too creative for that midwit take
>Hmmm, what shall I call the man who works for Sauron... I got it! Sauronman! Oh, you creative genius, you did it again, Ronald!
i get why he killed mouth but i don't understand why he says "what dat mouf do?" beforehand
You can literally see a sword at the Mouth of Sauron's side in this very picture. Also, negotiating under false pretenses and in bad faith is a warcrime.
Book was pre Clint Eastwood.
Movie was post Clint Eastwood.
Aragorn was doing a Man With No Name / Dirty Harry thing.
Talk shit get hit les go nigguh yooo OUUUNNGH
The message is that warcrimes are okay against evil enemies
The film was edited and greenlit by the CIA/Mossad
He asked for the Lard of the Black Land and got this guy instead. Of course he was pissed

Because he keeps making all those stupid vocal inflections.
*AUH-GAHHH*
>if this dude does that one more time ima just kill him i frickin sware
The mouth of sauron is evil. I always thought the chivalrous attitudes towards orca, demons, and evil ghosts in the books was pretty dumb. Like the scene in two towers where Aragorn attempts to speak to the orca besieging helms deeps and then some orca fire arrows at him after he tries to speak to them, I just thought what are you doing Aragorn, they are literally trying to destroy Rohan and you think you can parlay with them? Any sort of Geneva convention rules makes no sense in the world building. Sauron wants to control and destroy all that is good and all his servants are pure evil but you have to follow some code because his servant is just a messenger?
>ayyyy yooo we fricked your boy up aragorn we fricked that homie up all your homies dead AMON HEN HAHA boiii we own your ass ahhh yooo ayyayyy relax bro dont behad me chill bro just relax im streaming bro im streaming chill out im from moria aiiiiieeeee yoooonooooooooooooooooAAAACCCKK

Human rights are not universal, diplomatic agreements much less. The inviolability of these are mere tools of convenience, and none of that matters when the fate of the world is already utterly doomed.
They walk into mordor and they'd have already lost.
Jackson not following the book
tfw Sauron's mouth ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)
