I liked it, it feels a bit long so I haven't rewatched it but the costumes, cars, and locations are comfy and the action is fun.

If you go into it with the right mindset you'll enjoy it. I didn't, so i didn't enjoy it much. In retospect i appreciated it more upon reflection and seeing various scenes over again, though i haven't watched it a second time.
Here is how you go into it. Know before hand you will not be watching a typical movie. This isn't a movie about character development or some kind of plot. It's kind of just a 'random things happen with interesting characters' movie. There is no destination, only a journey that kind of meanders about with various interesting mostly self contained scenes that loosely connect when they do. The only consistency i can recall is that time seems to always move forward and the two leads are friends.
