this movie is proof word of mouth still exist, i've heard many co workers and family members talk about it. it came out in December and its still showing in theaters
Because Hollywood is filled with racist israelites that hate white people and are using "entertainment" as a tool to divide the nation and incite hatred.
Honestly it was good, I recommend it, but it lays a lot in the middle, and because it was trying to cover all the tragedies of the brothers it felt like it went too quickly with not much happening at the same time.
The ending killed it though. Excellent final scene with Kevin and his sons.
Crazy thing about them including “all” the tragedy is that they even still had to cut out an entire brother from the family, Chris Von Erich, who also ||killed himself|| the same way ||Kerry did|| to make the movie less repetitive. So they still didn’t even include ALL of the tragedy
saw this opening night and there were some laughs at some of the dads scenes and lines. i liked it all, but can see where the laughter was coming from. If you asked an AI to come up with a generic, caricatured version of the All American GI Joe tough "love" dad, that would be it.
but the problem of course is that the dad was literally like that, so accusing the filmmakers of overdoing it is also not really fair
>If you asked an AI to come up with a generic, caricatured version of the All American GI Joe tough "love" dad, that would be it.
i knew many dads like that, AI not needed
Godzilla minus one is the only other mother aside from this one which came out last year that caught my attention, literally everything else that was released looked like complete and utter horseshit
I wanted to see iron claw so badly but couldn’t because I was working on a cargoship in the middle of the ocean. Now I’m back on land and NO THEATERS are playing it near me. It’s so over.
Yeah, I’ll get around to seeing it at home but I wanted to see it in theaters. My hope was that the art house theater near me would play it when they rerun the movies with oscar nominations but no luck in that department because no nominations

>physical copy doesn't come out until March 26th, wtf
That's how it is nowadays, 45 days roughly for it to come to digital, sometimes shorter if it flopped
What other wrestlers could get such a kino biography? Tbh the only one I could think of would be Brett Hart, that homie had such a sad life with his brother dying and then getting brain'd by Goldberg. Maybe Jake the Snake too. I hope this amazing movie gives us a new era of wrestling kino.
if Iron Claw made a over 100 million dollars I could see this movie getting made, but it didn't really do that great at the box office so we're gonna have to wait
I thought that post credits scene where Fritz met with Vince McMahon to put together a team was a bit out of place. Don't really understand why Vince was flanked by three black guys as well.
who gives a frick about the oscars? what movies do you remember from 2013, some douchebag jerkoff oscar winners or Pain & Gain and The Wolf of Wall Street?

I heard this before, after seeing it I disagree, should have kept Chris in and showed it all.
Also apparently many other wrestlers agree that David died of a drug overdose and the ruptured intestine was a cover story

Dramatic A24 Jake the Snake biopic when
Pic related; me talking to my ex. Am I right, fellas?
All White cast
It doesn't meet the nu Academy diversity standards
my gf started crying uncontrollably during the heaven scene, she doesn't even like movies kek. yeah solid film
oscars fear the white man in peak conditioning
it was off-putting how one of his eyes was half-closed but the other one was normal throughout the entire film. Even in close-up shots
yeah what was up with that?
method acting
it's out in digital, pirate it friend

For me it was
>I used to be a brother...now I'm not a brother
> we'll be your brother, dad
I thought I wasn't going to cry but then it all hit me at once right here.

Make a Paul Heyman ECW biography in the style of Uncut Gems. Watch the box office explode.
That dude still owes over 100 men money. What a fricking scumbag.
How does it compare against the last known wrestlekino?
too White
it's good but unfair comparison, the Wrestler is an all time great kino
The Wrestler is better made and has better acting. Efron was great, but Mickey Rourke gave an all-time great performance.
