      Isn't it Kim Possible?

Both Ben 10 and Avatar are franchises still going to this day
They have several adaptations, comics, even live-action movies, and the big one, merchandise.
Kim Possible and American Dragon don't fit that status. Kim Possible did have a live action movie, but that's about it

      Isn't it Kim Possible?

Because Disney hardly made any serious attempts to cater directly to boys.

Nah it was Phineas and Ferb

Disney Channel is demographically indecisive and didn't try to make anime-esque shows, at least not on their main channel

Disney is AWFUL for saying "We want the male audience" and then buying properties to develop their male audience, but then saying "Well none of this is brining in a female audience!" And tossing it all to the side or refocusing it towards a female market instead. They have been doing this for decades now, at least since the early 00s. It's really fricking moronic.

They've been trying to turn MARVEL and Star Wars into girl's properties, too.

Disney just doesn't know how to make anything else.

Exactly. They bought them to have more boy properties, but now they're upset they haven't touched more into the female demographic. Not everything has to be for every demographic, specialization is fine if the property is making a profit.

Disney Channel's live-action shows were printing money back in the 2000s and until Phineas and Ferb came along they pretty much ignored most of their cartoons.

Disney TV Animation is extremally cheap, otherwise Disney Japan and Australia will still exist and Disney would've had a upper hand of using ACTUAL Japanese animators for a Kingdom Hearts series.

But instead Disney Japan got spin off into The Answer Studio and Disney TV Animation became too cheap to do anything like Ben 10 or Avatar.

Plus the stuff they did in the 1980s and 1990s (between The Wuzzles to Gargoyles) put Ben 10 and Avatar to shame anyway.

20th Century Animation is still a separate company with it's own line of income but will rather spend it's funds on the voice cast rather then the animation; Hope you liked Death Tome because thats all you're getting out of them this decade.

Doesn't count, Toei Animation (as well as Madhouse for other projects but that was before Disney bought Marvel) produces that.

but Disney not having their own action show with deep lore is entirely due to them acquiring Marvel and Star Wars

Toei has made Marvel content since the 1970s, meanwhile all Star Wars has is Star Wars Visions.
