He obviously wants leading man roles, but he lacks the presence or charisma for that kind of character. The same goes for all of them, they are just such nothing actors. Best they can hope for is getting cast in some crap Channel 4 dramas.

Kit Harrington is the only one that has a chance to make a comeback. The others are absolute shit actors. The same will happen with Stranger Things, 2 at most will have a career after it ends, excluding the already established actors.

The final two season did irreparable damage to every single actors reputation. Everyones first thought is sour grapes about GOT when they see these actors. You are basically agreeing to take on a portion of the massive amount of hate for GOT by casting one of main characters.
