I simply don't talk about things I like anymore. I don't want to open my youtube feed to edits of my favorite kino characters fighting Thanos for the power glove. Modern meme culture is such assembly line trash.
tv doesn't talk about it because it's unanimously acknowledged to be the GOAT. It also aired prior to Cinemaphile coming into existence, and hate-watchers ignore ait because there's nothing worth complaining about in it (they'd rather make she-hulk/marvel slopaganda post #33493043
instead)
Wild Bill died in a way pretty accurate to how they portrayed it as far as the story goes but then you know how those things get retold and details seem to be blown out of proportion so who knows if what they said happened was really 100% accurate. Its more accurate to say no one can prove it DIDN'T happen that way
See here, pontificating about the virtuous nature of a historically inaccurate redcoat playing the indeterminable al is not ideally how i anticipate spending my fricking morning, wienersucker. besides it became woke trash with al leaving everything to the prostitute and israelite.

there is some merit to this, but mostly it works. He's intended to be a natural contrast to Al; they're superficially in the same businesses, and on the surface would appear to be the same type of selfish villain to others in the world of Deadwood, but we the viewers are privileged to see that Tolliver is merciless, egotistical, and needlessly cruel in a way that Al is not, and for these reasons Tolliver is unable to garner the same loyalty from his subordinates that Al does.
Note the other deliberate contrasts as well; Tolliver mocks Andy as Reverend and is duly punished for it ("God is not mocked"); Al does everything he can for Reverend Smith. Tolliver willingly becomes Hearst's dog; Al resists entirely, etc.
I'm not reading this midwitted slop

Well yeah, Doc was the best character and also played by the best actor there. And the show is swarming with great actors, which in itself is a testament to how awesome Brad Dourif. Cy was still solid though.
i still drink plenty of water 20 years later because the kidney stones stuff looked so unpleasant. I'm sure there are more advanced ways of treating them now but still
I haven't watched the 3rd season because the first two are so good. Do S3 and the movie hold up? The writers for this show really know how to do season a season finale. S1 & 2 are so fricking great.
Most of the plot points just don’t go anywhere. It’s the biggest problem of the show and why Breaking Bad, an undeniably inferior show, ends up being better - everything you see matters to the core plot by the end of it.
plotgays are the absolute worst
imagine just not enjoying the kino for what it is and holding on way too tight to >BUT MUH PLOT

I guess you feel it's better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all.
So what I'm hearing is S3 and movie are on par with 1 and 2? Preacher died too soon, he was my favorite after Al. Seeing him lose his mind and have it entangled with his faith, that moment where he's saying he doesn't feel God's presence anymore. This scene here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VG3QLIesK_I his tumor bringing the scene from the doctor who has personality and history revealed with his own prayer. Frick it's so good don't make me watch s3 if it's going to lower how I think of this show.
>You're gonna try to say the french prostitute was the best character?
she was 100x the character and actor than that cross eyed over acting homosexual
fricking annoying ass dork
He was a great character, mostly because of his interactions with others (you could say this of any character lol). He was in some of the best scenes in the show.
the movie just isn't worth it. it's an anemic imitation of the show that came way too late and isn't written nearly as well as the series. the series is sublimely quotable; the movie just isn't. forgettable, lame, no stakes, a cheesy offscreen death that doesn't have the kind of setup that made the one in the series so good. There's an interview with Timothy Olyphant somewhere in which he's asked about the movie and you can tell he's trying to usher the viewers away from it by saying that he asked Milich if they were killing the thing by attempting to return to it in this format and at such a late date.
The movie is good, it feels like a belated S3 season finale but considering they got the ugly axe out of nowhere it caps things off nicely
Now that the dust has settled the biggest problem with the show overall is that the show sets up a bunch of stuff in S3 that they had to abandon, most annoyingly all the John Langrishe stuff with the mystery French woman, but also some of the stuff with the elections, the Earp brothers, all the stuff with Tolliver killing Leon, Aunt Lou and her son, etc
To me these things don't really hurt the show (aside from the Langrishe stuff) but when I rewatch I'm always like, oh yeah they spent all this time setting up this character
He wasn't wrong about anything, season 3 had a bunch of ultimately pointless characters. What did your post add, if you're so concerned about people being concise and to the point? Nothing.
