There's a reason everyone under the age of 35 liked Teen Titans when it was airing but you see relatively little discussion about JL, and almost no fanart. even back then it felt like it was for boomers.
yup, you could easily make a new JL adaptation that feels fast and dynamic like TT2003 used to feel and like the spider-verse films are right now. we just haven't had that with JL. the adaptations read like masturbatory lore dumping a la lord of the rings. i can't even say it's because TT were teenagers, i didn't get that feeling with YJ. maybe because they were too serious and TT actually tried to be funny and have interesting visuals

The word you're looking for is "Timeless" zoomie. The DCAU was beloved when it dropped, and is still relevant/influencial today. Teen Titans would be a historical footnote, an odd dated little artifact from the early 2000's, had it not been survived by Go! which is the only thing currently keeping it in the collective conciousness lmao.
