Why do people keep calling this show "anti-woke bluey"? What was "woke" about Bluey?
Anyone looking at Bluey with a Woke/Not Woke lens is not well in the head.
I don’t think the comparison is fair anyway, since Bluey didn’t invent any of these things.
Cartoons have turned woke after a long time of being relatively apolitical in the past. If there’s one reason to watch something produced by people who are stated to be anti-woke, that’s it. From what I’ve heard, Chip Chilla doesn’t do anything political really, but staying out of politics itself is seen as a political statement these days, which is why shows will bend the knee after years of avoiding politics.
How was Bluey political.
I didn’t say it was. I said that shows have gone woke when they didn’t start that way. Bluey could introduce a trans kid who they all need to accept, Chip Chilla won’t. I’m not saying not to watch Bluey, just that a show like Chip Chilla has the implied promise from the creators that they won’t go there.

I think that's a step too far even for the weirdest autists. The voice actors for Paw Patrol and Arthur and other shows that attract the weirdest weirdos don't get harassed. I don't think even the kids on the horse show got much of it
