Why do people say this Spider Man wasn't relatable?
I found him more relatable than most adaptations of the character.

>children superhero in a baby childrens cartoon
grow up
How often did Peter's personal struggles come up in 90s Spider-man? The most I remember was him just struggling to keep his dates in order.
>How often did Peter's personal struggles come up in 90s Spider-man?
later show the show, a lot, and really intense shit, you wonder how they got that stuff on a kid´s show.
They focused on it more than the action.
>Why do people say this Spider Man wasn't relatable?
because they focus mostly on the latter part of peter parkers life where he bangs supermodels and is a rich businessman.
This spiderman series was the best superhero cartoon I have seen.
All the characters were amazing, Fisk and his cripple kid, morbius, that tiger guy who hunts, green goblin, venom, etc.
I remember spiderman once got 4 hands due to some mutation, it was pure kino.
Don't forget that intro song, I still remember it completely.
>I remember spiderman once got 4 hands due to some mutation, it was pure kino.
i remember spiderman doesnt appearing for a couple of episodes and then is about punisher hunting the creature he becomes.
>This spiderman series was the best superhero cartoon I have seen
Not even the best spider show let alone superhero cartoon lol
This is literally only watchable if you're a child and I cannot understand why it's so highly rated by fans.
>gay fights
>gay characters
>gay story
>gay animation
>gay music
>gay music
The opening is KINO.
It's a cringeworthy attempt at 'cool'. Now the 94 intro song, THAT was cool.
Zoomer trash
it's honestly overrated by the fans
>That kraven guy who is a hunter
His name will remain one of the serie's biggest mysteries
SPIDERBLOOD
SPIDERBLOOD
RADIOACTIVE SPIDERBLOOD
EPIC 90's GUITAR RIFF
>Blood
You mean plasma?
Me having sex with black cat
This cartoon was too fast, characters moved and talked too quickly, because they always tried to cram too much plot into every episode. Batman was paced better.
Based Spider-GOD delivering you more content for the same price.
It was made by and for speedrunners
And yet it never felt unbalanced or crammed.
dude that's why it was so fucking awesome.
*MOGS YOUR SHIT TOON*
>Spidey consistently gets kino shows for decades
>Disney buys Marvel and every single Spidey show has been trash since
I'm sorry, but if you didn't think this Gwen was prime, you've got shit taste.
>I'm a loser nerd who needs a loser nerd gf
Not him, but unironically yes.
did they at least killed her?
Because it isnt realistic. Why would you still be awkward around MJ? Why would you put up with shit in your job?
Ok, i get he has to protect his Aunt, but hes freakin Spiderman, his personality would change.
I find Batman more relatable because if i was a billionaire vigilante, I'd want to tie thugs up, then break their jaws. Not cry about delivering pizzas whilst being a loser
How is he awkward around MJ? Why do you expect Peter to just be a billionaire and have no social life because he's Spider Man?
Because having friends/ gf is a liability. He should tell them all to fuck off, then acquire vast sums of money.
His only concern should be crushing his enemies. If he gets lonely he can find an older butler to talk to, or visit his Aunt. Not a sexy young maid in a porn outfit like half this board would if they were super rich.
I'm just saying if i was spiderman I'd cut everyone out because they wouldnt understand me. Then I'd become super rich, and bathe in the blood of my enemies.
Batman TAS is a gigachad and sleeps with anyone he wants. I personally prefer the Nolan batman, or better yet the Batman from the Arkham games. I dont hate women, i just realise they are distractions from achieving greatness
Except the personalities of Peter Parker and Bruce Wayne are completely different and with that what drives their crime fighting. Spider Man just does what he does out of a general sense of moral duty.
Very true. Im extremely anti-social so i guess i relate to the anti-social hero more.
I havent left my apartment or spoken to another human being in 14 weeks outside of saying thank you when i get food delivered. I cant imagine having friends or a relationship. Stressful.
You need help. Even great minds who chose lives of renunciation still had intelligent friends and family as company.
Its ok, i go places in my head, and have conversations all the time. Its a 6 month wait for therapy anyway
>Its ok, i go places in my head, and have conversations all the time.
I can relate to your experiences, but this is not the same as real life interactions at all. You're missing the fundamentally different, which is unconditioned by yourself and unpredictable. You'll notice this in the fact that after going long bouts of time of not talking to people you will have some trouble going straight back to conversing normally even if you have constantly had imagined interactions and conversations.
Btw character-wise the Batman TAS is much more cartoony and less realistic.
Too buff too chad too smart not enough quips too successful unlike raimi spidy
>Why do people say this Spider Man wasn't relatable?
Because I can't relate to Spider-Man that can't throw a punch.
He literally did, just not all the time which the creators made up for with other means of fighting. The fights were done so well you never noticed anything lacking anyway.
