Why do people think boomer humor is funny? I genuinely do not understand it. This post had hundreds of likes at least, I did not even chuckle

this feels more like millenial humor though
The writer is a millennial. OP is using the recent definition of 'boomer' as anyone over 30.
I guess you're right, but that hardly applies to what a "boomer comic" usually means.
Anyone older than I is a boomer. Anyone younger than I is a zoomer.
millenials are spiritual boomers. Literally the same generation except not old
How moronic are you?
>millenials are spiritual boomers
They are opossite, stupid moron.
Holy fricking mongoloid.
>old white guy
>Asian wife
Don't blame them
Man Ronnie's art style and humor went downhill.
>wife calls husband "babe"
>husband agrees to grab their stuff without calling her a b***h and saying he hates everything
>wife thanks husband
>husband toasts wife
>they enjoy having a drink together
This is actually anti boomer humor.
That one's pretty dece.
Why did they turn on the lamp? It will reflect on the TV.
Do you have their age? Do you think they understand why your generation likes Questionable Content so much?
My grand-father (rip) used to complain about my favorite musicians as being satanic agents, dirty because they had long hairs and gay because they had tatoos. Now I look at the news and I feel the weight of being born near the end of the 20th century.
damn Ronnie let himself go
in primary school maybe
Turn out that humor is not universal.
Everyone in this thread is moronic. This is neither millenial or boomer humor, it's Gen X humor.
Could be the joke
You see OP, the comic is a subtle joke. The woman says they'll need glasses to watch the news, implying that they have bad eyesight and need spectacles to be able to see the picture on the television properly. However, in the next panel, they are now wearing spectacles, but rather holding wine glasses, the woman saying "Much better" implying that their need for glasses has been satisfied by the wine glasses, or more precisely, by the (assumedly) alcoholic contents of said glasses.
This is known as a 'visual pun', and is considered a type of humour, humour generally being taken by people to be funny. Hope this helps!
Rodney dangerfield was one of the funniest comedians, but two generations thought they could be him and this is the result.
