Actually thinking about it we very rarely get a glimpse into a male cartoon character's future. It doesn't help that a timeskip at the end of the series doesn't really allow for a very interesting exploration of what their life was like. Even in the OP comic, that I am aware of we've seen Mordecai, who does somehow end up an adjusted adult with a wife as well as multiple kids. Timmy from FOP has been given different variable futures, both where he's depicted as a loser slob and a handsome married chad with loving children. And then of course Finn, whose relationship status after the series is something people argue about today. He does get pretty much exactly what you outline in the pillow dimension though.
Also gotta say Woody is a baffling choice here, since while his romance with Bo is the focus of the 4th movie he literally does end up together with her at the end of the movie.
