I'm sure Keaton will be fine but I doubt highly the movie will be any good.
I was thinking the same thing. I'll download this when eventually, but I'm not seeing this in theaters. I won't financially support anything Tim Burton or that Wednesday girl do.

bill and ted 2 sucked compared to the original. I rewatched both recently and the first one was still funny while the second was boring as frick.

both are good, the second one is just a different style.
the first is better because it's more about interesting time travel and princesses, but the second is well made and memorable.

William Dafoe being in it automatically elevates it to a baseline "fine" status. Even if the movie only has a few good jokes, it's still guaranteed to have a couple of good Dafoe scenes.

He was closer to an antagonist than a villain. He just makes deals and people back out of the deals halfway.
he just was the antagonist of the film, regardless of how good or evil he may be
