He uploaded the videos to youtube and tried to come back to do it again a few years later, but one of the railroad cops in an area he passed through saw the videos and got a warrent for his arrest, and he was told to either turn around and go home or be arrested if he wanted to enter the country. So I wouldn't be surprised if a rail cop tracked him down after seeing his video.

Nah he's definitely one of "popular = bad" types. He probably quit doing SCM for the same reason, he could've kept doing that indefinitely until YouTube cracked down on that sort of content.
I doubt he had an Adsense account so there's no way he could be traced through his youtube page. He doesn't have IRL friends according to him so nobody can recognize or dox the guy. If he got caught commiting one of his crimes it had nothing to do with his YouTube channel.
