I recently picked up some burgers for my family at a kinda trendy fast casual burger joint, was about $12 a burger. But we ordered on their app to pick up and they tried to sneak in a 18% gratuity of my wife didn't uncheck the box. These businesses are getting way too wienery.

I've always considered Whataburger my personal favorite. Meat's fresh and thick, everything tastes fresh and good quality, fries are really crispy.
Five Guys is shit. Their burgers taste like cafeteria food and their fries are soggy. Who gives a shit if the bag is full of them if they jjust taste like greasy potatoes.
Freddy's in contrast has the opposite problem. Their burgers are shit, but their fries are fantastic. They're so thin and crispy. The ice cream's alright I guess but honestly I've never been in the mood to order any when I've stopped there.
Fuddrucker's is really good, but it's been years since I've been.
I had one Mr Beast burger, but I don't know where it was actually from as I ordered it through that ghost kitchen bullshit. All the other fancy places I order from off doordash probably are as well seeing as I've never seen a physical location.
