Why does Hollywood keep trying over and over again to convince audiences that women are heckin badasses?

Why does Hollywood keep trying over and over again to convince audiences that women are heckin badasses?
What is their endgame and why haven't they given up on this gay ass trend?

It doesn't work. Nobody believes women are badasses, not even feminists. Female-led action films are not successful. It's obviously not about the money. So what is it about?

Women have been iconic badasses in films for decades. see: Terminator series, Matrix, Alien 2, literally every Sigourney Weaver movie, every Mila Jovovich movie. The problem is not tough women, it is when they're getting petite anorexic zoomettes like Anya Taylor Joy and Janna Ortega as action stars.

Theron was a decent action star in the other Mad Max, Anya weighs 110 pounds and hasn't worked out a day in her life except to lift up shopping bags.

Weaver played a scared girl in Alien and Aliens that had a big freak out moment or two toward the end.
        >confidence sways from scene to scene like a real person
        >has nightmares
        >can't even brief the marines without having an episode
        >almost melts down in the APC
        >literally just gives up before Bishop rescues her at the end
        >nearly kills herself in the power loader at the end
And she nearly got raped by Ash in the first movie. She feels like a real person who can be competent one minute then unsure of themselves the next. That's what these modern characters are missing because they're written by people who have never struggled but think they know all about what it is to struggle.

Anna Taylor Joy looks like more of an anime character in this movie then the live-action Battle Angel Alita.

you're moronic if you think sticc supermodel Milla Jovovich was a convincing action hero. there's nothing she could do that Anya can't.

    >So what is it about?
It's about catering/pandering to women to get money from them.
    >Furiosa lives with single moms
    >She gets abducted by sex traffickers because her mom is too weak to protect her
    >Women live in a Forest with no edible food, yet it's called "A place of Great Abundance". Just more propaganda.
    >Within 20 years, their entire forest has been destroyed and they have no food left
Meanwhile, Immortan Joe was able to keep hundreds of people alive on dwindling resources.
That's what makes these films so fun to make fun of.
Even when they TRY to make a pro-women, pro-feminist film, they completely fail and make a film that is pro-men instead.

      Even more examples:
      >She can't shoot for shit and almost gets killed several times, and is saved by fast film editing.
      >She puts engine grease on her head, instead of getting dirty from working
      >Somehow "builds" her own prosthetic after (presumably) losing a fight and having her arm chopped off. Oh and that's not how prosthetics work, they're highly complex medical devices that men created.
      >Her dumbass mom names her Furiosa as a child, it's not a nickname she picks up for being a good driver or anything.
      >She has to be saved by men at several points in both films
      >By the end of the film, she doesn't even make it back to "the green place", she instead has to work for Immortan Joe as a Truck Driver for another 10-years or whatever.

They want the anime audience but they strip everything that men want to see: sex appeal, men and women appreciating how hot each other are, HUMOR and if it's a woman then she has to show enough skin and be vulnerable enough that the men in the audience would want to self insert at the love interest she SHOULD have who comes to her rescue and shit. This is just Girl Power horseshit. And feminism will ALWAYS repel men. You know what else repels men? Just hearing the WORD feminism associated with a film. That homosexual Miller didn't start stopping that word until after his movie was raking in the money as he was smug and assured then. Here he played his cards too early.

The issue is that "people" (you) are moronic and think that action movies have ever been in any way "believable." Nothing that Arnold or Stallone did was ever believable or realistic, but your brain is rotted so now it reads as believable when big muscly men do it but not when skinny women do it.

For example: It is in fact impossible for an unarmed man to beat up ten men at once. It has never happened in history, and it never will happen. Yet nobody b***hes about manlet Jason Statham doing it, do they?

The irony of Hollywood opening big budget b-picture with the DNA of cheap sex and violence (parts 1 and 2) and big budget adventure serial which had the DNA of Saturday matinee low budget serials from the 50s and features conspiracies and alternative history (IJ 5) at a film festival (Cannes)that was started with the mission to give platform to deserving independent artistic vision from unheard voices. Cannes is the most irrelevant event and the same time the most fake mainstream routine at the moment. Like the academy awards.

If you’re trying to destroy a country, convincing all the men to sit back and watch when women are being mugged, raped, murdered, is a good start.
We’re already 1.5 generations or so into men who have been raised to see a woman in peril as no different than a man in peril.

They don't want women deciding to have children. A better super heroine story could show the heroine with a lover, husband or children as the plot demands it. Ever notice how often all the super heroines are killing strong white men and nobody else? I wonder who mandates that plot direction in almost every such story.

Strong and independent women are just a male fantasy.
Males can't cope with the fact that females are ridiculously fragile and get wrecked VERY easily, so they came up with the stronk womyn fantasy to pretend women can defend themselves from physical threat, instead of facing the fact that the bearer of their offspring can easily get herself eaten by a bear if left alone on her own terms.

All-female utopias are a male fantasy too. That's because men see each other as potential threats towards themselves and their females, so they came up with fictional utopian female societies to fantasize about keeping the women safe from men at all times. In reality, women are most unsafe with each other, as they constantly inflict violence on themselves and their offspring over resources and social disagreements due to the human race being matrilinear, meaning most women are in competition with each other.

But hey, it's all fiction. Nothing's gonna change that jobless females will never be able to walk in the park at 3:00 am. lol

Because brainwashed women will attempt to be "heckin badasses" in real life by working instead of being stay at home moms, which gives the government another tax source and increases their control over children in public schools.
