Her backstory might have traits of it but the story doesnt treat her SUPER SPECIAL AWESOME or bend over backwards to make her more than she is, shes just kinda there. Not a sue, just a bad fricking character.
Charlie is simply the hottest girl in the show no one can compete.

She's a femchud.
She's cute, grumpy, thicc, breedable, funny and friends with the coolest man ever Adam.
Her design definitely plays a huge part, (she only started getting loads of fanart after she took off her mask lmao) but also she has a really cute dynamic with Adam, another really popular character. I like how loyal she is, instead of the tired cartoon trope of the begrudging villain lackey
I like that she she was actually loyal to Adam and it wasn't just her being a sycophant to her boss. These days you often see competent female assistant / lieutenant serving under a chauvinistic, oafish male leader, and the female assistant either resents her boss or else has a cynical attitude about her position. Lute is neither of these things though. She didn't show any resentment or displeasure about being Adam's subordinate, and was even upset when he died. Her loyalty was, apparently, totally genuine, which suggests that she felt actual respect for him.
It is incredibly rare to see that kind of relationship in media these days.

As someone who has zero interest in this hack’s works and hates furhomosexuals, “Vaggie” manages to have a worse design than most of the cast, even including the furries. Even the name is unappealing. The only thing that could save it is a solid vocal performance and I gather it does not receive one, not that I plan to check.
She didn't do much this season and was kind of a wet blanket character compared to everybody around her. Needs better chemistry with Charlie, imo.
