Wasn't this him in Dopesick? Looks natty there, great fizeek.

The problem is that roiding is so common for actors and it just makes sense for them to hop on. They're not competing in athletic competitions but they're competing for MALE roles where they play masculine characters. It's virtually never going to hurt them to be more masculine, more jacked, for whatever role. To say nothing of how quickly gear lets them attain a particular look.

A recent one that I think about is Jeremy Allen-White from The Bear. No one will deny that he looks buff in the show, clearly works out. He's also like 5'6" so packs muscle easily. He doesn't look juicy. But then I learn that he appears in that wrestler movie with Zac Effron, the one from the bogged Zac Effron pics where Zac is clearly juiced to the gills. So you start to think, did Jeremy Allen-White achieve his physique entirely natural? Or did he just do a cycle for that wrestler movie then maintain afterwards? I genuinely don't know.

This looks natty, he doesn’t have that weird bulging vascularity that juiced actors do

Yeah I agree he looks natty there, nothing you can pinpoint to say he's on.

But would I be confident in saying he's lifetime natty when he starred alongside Zac Effron looking like pic rel for a movie about a family of wrestlers (a profession where everyone uses gear)? I don't know.

Same with Will Poulter in the OP. He absolutely looks natty in that webm and I would feel confident saying he IS natty at that point in time. But would I feel confident saying that he's lifetime natty when he was accepted for a role as a male superhero in the Marvel franchise? I don't know.

Here’s the first promotional picture release for the film. Still looks natty to me. Efron has the most ridiculous HGH face.

Zac doesn't have HGH face, he just got surgery. He claims he broke his jaw and was just getting it fixed, but everyone knows he just bogged himself.

      what would you rather do:

have a perfect diet, perfect sleep schedule, no alcohol, perfect workout schedule, lift 2 hours a day 6 days a week

      or

stick a needle in your ass once a month, sit on your ass, eat junk food

roiding and sitting on your ass has been shown to create more lean muscle than working out natty

maybe if they werent buying cheap fake chinese juice they woulndt look shit

roids do you more than any hard training or diet would

            >To fully appreciate just how effective steroids are at building muscle, one should turn to the research of Shalendar Bhasin, the world's foremost authority on the effects of exogenous testosterone (steroids) on male body composition. In one study 2, 35 young men were randomised to one of five groups to receive weekly injections of testosterone enanthate—a commonly used steroid—in amounts that varied from 25 to 600 mg/week. After 20weeks, the men who received 600 mg/week had gained, on average, 8kg of muscle, and lost, on average, 1kg of body fat. These figures are impressive enough, but the real eye-opener is that the men were instructed not to participate in strength-training or endurance exercise during the course of the study. Essentially, these results could have been achieved while sitting on the couch. Moreover, 600mg/week of testosterone enanthate is the amount used by most beginner or first-time steroid-users 1. Experienced users frequently report injecting in excess of 1000mg/week of testosterone enanthate 4. In another study 5, Bhasin randomised men to one of four conditions: 600mg/week of testosterone enanthate and no exercise, 600mg/week of testosterone enanthate and standardised exercise, placebo and no exercise and placebo and standardised exercise. At 10weeks, the men given 600mg/week of testosterone enanthate who did not exercise had put on more muscle mass than the men who were not on testosterone and who did exercise. The implications of this research are hard to ignore: other things being equal, a person cannot out-train, out-diet or outperform steroids.

You dont need to lift 6 days a week to gain muscle. You can do it with 2 days, 3 days maybe. You also don't need to spend 2 hours in the gym.

While the body looks entirely natty with lots more gains to be had, the biggest giveaway with roids is the timeframe of progression and the history of the person. I don't know how fast he got to that point and from where so can't comment on that

Because he's an actor. You might get that physique in 2-3 years with hard training and good diet, but actors have to get that physique in months. There's not a single actor that has ever achieved a good physique before a role natty.

Because they are actors. Actors take steroids. They work out, and take steroids. If they were not actors, we could have a debate. Since they ARE actors, there is only one obviously true answer, and it's steroids. Heck, I bet half of them don't even realise they are taking steroids. Their fitness team gives them pills and they are taken without question, under the clearly false assumption they are just vitimans.
