Like, I don't know if it's some deep deep seeded hoarder mentality bubbling up to the surface for me or what the frick. But I get so unhappy about the idea that art like this will stop existing if no one saves it. I like to think that living dolls are functionally immortal. The stuffing doesn't work like organs, it just happens to take the purpose of anything the doll think sit needs at that moment based on the concept of what it is compared to a living creature. The thing that bugs me about AI generated stuff like this is that if it doesn't get saved, it ceases to exist. Like, I don't know if it's some deep deep seeded hoarder mentality bubbling up to the surface for me or what the frick. But I get so unhappy about the idea that art like this will stop existing if no one saves it. Like, if it doesn't wind up in a gallery or a booru or something, and the prompt makers stops caring about it. It'll vanish and never exist again because it only sort of existed to begin with. Sometimes. If it holds itself together well enough that it looks like art, I find it difficult to simply let it not exist after its creation. Because regardless of what happens after its destruction, no identical piece will ever exist again.

I like to think that living dolls are functionally immortal. The stuffing doesn't work like organs, it just happens to take the purpose of anything the doll think sit needs at that moment based on the concept of what it is compared to a living creature. "Living Doll General". It was a general thread that was thrown up regularly on /trash/ (and later on /aco/) for like a year or so (maybe more) before it died. It comes back periodically now, but it's nowhere near as lively or present as it used to be. The threads show up every couple months now (if they're lucky) and they're mostly just bumps with old porn and nothing else until they either die unexpectedly or live long enough to hit bump limit and then the thread goers wait another 2 months for the next one. In their heyday those threads were fricking crazy active, though. Lots of artists making stuff for the threads and tons of discussion, they were great.
