They don't have much money, she's put upon, yet she doesn't show any sign of being disloyal to Walt until he proves to be a legit hardened criminal. And even then, before long she tries her best to cover for him. And by the end of the series, she sticks by his side against Hank and Marie.
Betty, meanwhile, does nothing except raise the kids (badly) and is still so stressed out that she acts like a literal child herself. Skylar may nag, but she doesn't act like a child. Betty is never happy. I can count on three fingers the number of times she's happy in the show.
