What makes Elsa great is that she has her femininity intact while being a strong ruler with apocalypse-level magic power. She doesn't need to be physically stronger or faster, or come up with quick one-liners to put anyone down to try and make her seem superior. Instead, she just IS superior, with all the grace and elegance that women should aspire to.
