It's easier on the eyes here than it was in Murder Drones but I still don't get the point of it. Is this just the best safe for work substitute they can think of for gore and body horror?
They're both references to the same thing, but it's pretty clear Ragatha takes more design inspiration from Molly than the original Raggedy Ann dolls. So basically it's a rip off.
>Is this just the best safe for work substitute they can think of for gore and body horror?
Nah, it's more about existential horror I think.
I'd go as far as to say it harkens all the way back to Lovecraft in terms of dealing with entities that corrupt and unravel the fabric of reality. The main difference that these "gods" are more of the personal kind.
Glitches as errors can basically be the easiest way to blanket a whole bunch of themes and plots because they can range from ‘oh you’re just not perfect but you’re unique’ to ‘oh no it’s a bad glitch that will kill everyone’. Also this gen is basically all about tech and that’s the extent of life experience.
>DC only makes detective comics >Trigger only makes animes about guns >LAIKA only makes movies about the soviet space dog
It's clearly an autistic obsession and/or crutch.
Besides that, my biggest complaints are that it is leaning way too much on the waifuism and the worldbuilding right off the bat. And the existential horror feels forced. The whole exit door sequence felt straight out of Stanley Parable.
>>DC only makes detective comics
I mean...Yes? Batman is the eponymous detective and the company putting all their eggs into that one basket has been a problem for decades now. Bat-fatique is a real thing. >Trigger only makes animes about guns
Their mascots.
only makes movies about the soviet space dog
I wish we'd gotten that instead of Missing Link
This is nowhere even close to horror you morons, it very obviously is a dark comedy with some mild horror elements. That's like saying Escape from New York is a horror movie because of the scenes of Snake watching that b***h get dragged underground by the cannibals.
When all of a sudden, Oh no: I'm gli-gli- Dalle 3'ing
Well, it does take place in a digital world.
>Why is must every indie series be about glitches?
Well, the name kind of gives it away.
because it looks cool
Is just me or she kinda remind me of her?

SEX WITH RAGATHA
SEX WITH MOLLY
How would that work?
thighjobs or a slit is made
Fake ass Molly Cuddles lookin ass. Still great though.
I can't think of recent indie animation I liked beside the one with the cats set in 1920s world. I'm too old to be swayed by waifu homosexualry.
Because it's scary to zoomers, like VHS artifacts or empty rooms.
Cowards
It's not even made to be a horror show.
You mean found footage and being trapped? Literally the same shit millennials were scared of.

How many indie series can you name that are about glitches? How many indie series can you name at all?
Amazing digital Circus (glitch productions)
Murder Drones (glitch productions)
Meta Runner (glitch productions)
So it's a glitch productions problem, not an indie series problem
Man, it sure is weird that Glitch Productions produces series about glitches!

It's what counts as "horror" to zoomers who grew up on creepypasta and related shit like SCP.

Why must you keep making threads about a cartoon you hate because you can't find people who agree with you?

they need something to mindlessly rage at, accuracy be dammed
For a second there, I thought it was Molly from Bump in the Night
