she has a robot leg for awhile, it regenerates when she almost dies and her powers go into overdrive to keep her alive. it's been a few years since ive read invincible so maybe im missing something but I think its just inconsistent

She gets space doctors to use space medicine and give her a space prosthetic.
She knew by that point that if she's close to death that she can heal herself, though as noted, it would have killed her baby since her powers would use it as fuel to repair herself. Her being able to heal from near death was known fairly early, but being able to revert herself back to being young if she was about to die from old age isn't shown until the end.
That's fricked up. She looks like she's approaching or in the third trimester. Probably just a case of the artist knowing nothing about pregnancy, but still.
No- she was pregnant in a different arc but aborted it before she got this huge. Now she is pregnant again, and Robot attacks at some point and rips her leg off, but I'm pretty sure this baby gets to be born and doesn't get murdered in the womb.
