So this is what I'll offer - you bring me a (You) and I won't report your thread. Otherwise jannies are accountable, same as you. That's the best deal you're gonna get. I won't tell you you can save your thread from page 10, because you can't.
It doesn't spoonfeed you anything, that's what is interesting about it
You learn about things from the point of view of the characters
You happen upon the circumstance which sets things off in motion without any fanfare. You're left to deduce yourself what happened at the circle of cars. And from there you're left to determine the character's motivations and their circumstances of their lives from simply observing them
It's got great performances all around, the camera work and cinematography are spot on, and notably the lack of music make for an eerie and subtle watching experience.
It's got a fairly conventional story but is presented in a very unconventional way. It feels very real
Ed Tom just happens upon the crime scene where lewellyn dies. It just happens so fast. No real build up. And that makes the shots which follow all the more horrific
I dunno dude, there's a lot to admire about this movie.
>We are fricking doomed
lol look at the boomers in the white house you moron
millennial are just as fricking stupid if not worse look at the politicians your age
>boomers driving the world into the ground >millennials driving entertainment into the ground >boomers and millenials making sure next generation is mindfricked by social media before they even have a chance >durrr fricking zoomies ruining everything
Fricking no self awareness having moron.
I like how just not coy Lewellyn was
Like he left a weird impression on everybody he dealt with, lol
The bewildered TWO DUBBLE BEDS lady
The bewildered camping section attendant "You tell me the tent I can get you the poles"
The bewildered cab driver "I don't want to be in any kind of jackpot"
The bewildered clothing salesman "No sir. It's unusual"
even the hotel attendant "I mean any swangin dick"
Like, if someone WAS looking for him he wasn't being very discrete
this post also drives home how well done the world building in this universe is. the way everybody speaks and acts is totally alien to someone not of their world. wtf is a jackpot. every single character is memorable. the helpful chicken truck guy. the hard ass vietnam veteran sympathizer border patrol. even the way that mexican got his entire arm shot off in the motel. just style everywhere.
I'll the coens certainly have a knack for making their small roles memorable. it's uncanny, even
I think about that helpful chicken truck guy every day, lol
"Brother I been there"
can we all agree that anton's gun is the coolest gun in any movie ever? the big silver chrome silencer at the end makes it look like the grim reaper holding his scythe
Why would chigurh care enough to wash the feathers out of the truck bed? It doesn’t make sense that he would go out of his way to clean the truck off after taking it.
It's not, gayboy.
"not in the sense that you mean..."

>(you)s por favor
I dont understand why this is so highly regarded. like what is even interesting about it?
I say the presentation, acting and camera work carry the movie
Its not often you see a Mexican in a suit
It doesn't spoonfeed you anything, that's what is interesting about it

stupid zoomers itt, are all of you morons incapable of intellectual thought? Are these the leaders of tomorrow? We are fricking doomed.

what do you know about entertainment quality when you can't even interpret a simple film zoomer?
Were the boomers the worst parents in history then?
Because it's supposed to be a homage to old school Westerns except the bad guy wins.
>Guy finds a case full of money
>Says: "Hmmm"
Why is the dialogue so cringy and fricked up?
If you ask me it's not nearly quippy enough
i think all zoomer should be killed
How do you mean, the dialogue is great
but its got two double beds
I like how just not coy Lewellyn was

well "jackpot" would be kind of a colloquial thing
kind of just old school talkin' but yeah it's very stylized speaking
I'll the coens certainly have a knack for making their small roles memorable. it's uncanny, even

"Brother I been there"
that casting was just incredible they couldn't fricking miss. just imagine if every movie had perfectly casted small part actors like this.
>main character randomly dies offscreen
Was it autism?
can we all agree that anton's gun is the coolest gun in any movie ever? the big silver chrome silencer at the end makes it look like the grim reaper holding his scythe
Most of the dialogue is like word for word taken from the book which makes people speak in a sort of writer'y way, it's based and cool though.
What the frick is a screwgy? Was this flick written by morans?
it's like a cheugy
Idk read the book, read all the pretty horses
