The bat family understands he was raised that way.

Morrison's stuff is either copied or ignored. This is the latter.

      >Morrison's stuff is either copied or ignored

This gets truer the more I think about it. JLA and X-Men are both literally 50/50

I mean Jason once had a sports bag full of mob heads and they all look past it. What's one little dead guy with a grenade in his mouth?

Because Damian is cute and based, and Timmy Sue is cringe and unbased. Timgays will keep coping and malding about it.

      Damian is shit irrelevant character

Tim is more important for DC universe than evil rape baby damian

Tim was invented to sell lunchboxes at the request of corporate executives. O'Neil, Starlin, and several others wanted to go back to the solo Batman status quo of the 1970s, but Tim is the very definition of a forced pandering character whose core trait is being the Robin With Pants (which we designed in concept art for Dick appearing in Batman 1989).

Damian has an interesting origin and evolution. Tim can't develop because the entire DCU has already been kissing his self-inserted ass since day one.

If only the art was better.
I might have then liked the Bat Epic.

I would say I have no idea why DC editorial seemed to love 90's marvel crap art in the 2000s, but the answer is Jim Lee. They filled all those books with image wannabees.

The art is only awful in the first part of the Bat Epic which actually kind of fits conceptually. It's dark, pulpy and edgy. By the end of the run it fully transitions into Chris Burnham's campy Bat dad Silver / Bronze Age team up style.

Nah frick that, Kubert, Williams and Daniels' art is great.

          >Williams

Frick I forgot how good the art in the Club of Heroes arc is. Should I just assume I don't see JHW3 more because it takes him a million years to draw a full issue?

        Not a fan of Burnham.

Nah frick that, Kubert, Williams and Daniels' art is great.

Kubert is extremely boring and pretty mediocre all in all. Daniel is very mediocre, bordering on shitty.
Williams is great, but he drew a short, not super interesting part of the run.

Why isn't Damian the main Robin anymore? Tim is a literal homosexual.

Because being Robin now legit just means being hard carried by Bruce and his stories. Damian is moving on to bigger things with r. If there's one thing I was looking forward to in 5g, it's Damian taking over the League of Assassins and becoming a big villain of the DC universe.

Tim being Robin now especially decades in is just kinda pathetic. Dick moved on, Jason moved on and now even Damian who is a literal child is moving on from that mantle.

Neoptism and cronyism runs 98% of the comic industry. Thank god that hasn't lead to terminal creative stagnation and catastrophic failure.

Morrison is a vastly overrated writer that did a bad job on Batman.
