Mostly retired by the late 90s, he falls to paranoia tracking terrorism on his own, at the same time wondering if the terrorists have a point.
His own bosses on capitol hill are small-minded blobs, going along with the current thing. Wouldn't th-4K HD NINE ELEVEN SEQUENCE NOT LESS THAN TWENTY ABSOLUTELY BRUTAL MINUTES cut to black screen. The MC probably died in the wreckage.
