nta, but i played the game. basically count dooku sent some bounty hunters after one of his apprentices who went rogue, kind of like how vader sent all those bounty hunters after han solo. whoever caught her and killed her got the money, and you basically go around different planets searching for her, questioning key characters and finding clues to her whereabouts. at the end dooku reveals that if they want they can make a bunch more money if they agree to be cloned for his army. i dont remember much of the finer details but that was basically the story.

just remember that this all might have been retconned in the nu-wars, i dont know if they kept that lore or not. i hope they didnt, but if they did i hope they take the opportunity to make another game in that same vein or maybe a tv show or film that closely follows it. it was a cool story that i could easily see being made. i know they cancelled a star wars bounty hunter type game a few years back so its all up in the air right now.

I still don't understand the armor in star wars. The bad guys wear armor and die immediately when fired upon. The good guys don't wear armor and you'll see them patching up wounded guys after battles. Maybe the bad guys would do better if they just got rid of the armor and spent the money on the OP lasers the good guys use.

I like to think Sidious was engineering the mandalorian civil wars in order to find a perfect warrior template.
Jango was a bounty hunter on his own but he got involved in those wars, eventually he was recruited by Tyranus on Sidious’s orders.
Maybe even his final test was to kill a force user, perhaps that was a use of Maul but since he died, Dooku’s old pre-Asaj ventress dark Jedi from the bounty hunter PS2 game would be recanonized.
