Not to mention the Infinity Gauntlet in Thor's vault had to be retconned with a bunch of other shit because they had no idea Thanos was even going to exist.

If hulk is A tier it leaves no room for distinction between him and someone like Spider-Man or Batman. Sort them in your head however you want but there is a clear tier of heroes above Hulk, call those S tier if you want.
