If you are talking about South Park, you might as well be posting the Christmas episode that was just musical numbers. Though that was at least partially because the actress who voiced a bunch of the female characters had just killed herself.
I can tell you're a zoomie, because it absolutely fit with how South Park was at the time this episode aired. It covered politics, but the kids were still kids and had child-like views on a lot of basic things while being very wise on other topics.
Now they're just matt/trey mouthpieces for the topic-of-the-week.
Its just hard to understand
it was suddenly about 9/11 for some reason
Did you actually watch the episode? A country singer was singing a song called "Tower to heaven" or something as a 9/11 memorial and the kids took it literally.

How was this not fitting? It was the kids doing things and the adults misunderstanding it to a huge degree while addressing philosophical views, and making fun of a celebrity that cashed in on 9-11 sympathy.
It was everything South Park at the time. The Pip Charles Dickens episode was possibly the most off one that I could remember. Return of Chef seems more like a youtube parody than a real episode.

Really? Because its pretty much a standard South Park episode, make fun of a real life situation through thinly veiled metaphors, throw in some current controversies- recutting dead actors lines to try and still milk them was just starting to be a thing-, and generally edgy humor. What makes it seem like a parody?
How is that one "weird"?
Its just hard to understand

.....because it was made in 2002. EVERYTHING was about 9-11
Were you alive back when 9/11 happened? Like genuine question. It was basically the only thing on anyone's mind for like a year.
But. What. Does. A. Tower. Of. Junk. Have. To. Do. With. 9/11?
You just replied to your own question

Silly Anon. No one on Cinemaphile actually watches the shows they talk about.
That. Is. The. Joke. Dumbass.
I was in my grandmas house because i was sick and i watched the people jump from the owers live

i just dont get what the fuck does it has to do with 9/11
Every last goddamn thing on Earth was not allowed to not mention 9/11 in some form in 2001 to 2004 or so.
