That and somehow Marcia Clark had deluded herself into not only thinking that she had a good rapport with the black women on the jury, but also that they would be swayed by the domestic violence accusations, and they could not have given less of a shit. Darden having OJ try on the glove was also a colossally moronic idea.

Idiot lawyer. I also work in criminal defence. You never "know" if anyone did anything, that's the point. Yes there are times when stuff is on camera, but it is incredibly rare for an entire crime to be caught on camera AND for the culprit to be clearly shown on the video. In any event, the job of a criminal defence lawyer is to hold the prosecutor to the standard of proving guilt beyond a reasonable doubt. It's not about "proving innocent" and it's not about whether someone did or did not do something.

If violence is executed in a cunning manner then people don't care. Those lawyers got that killer off and were hailed as geniuses. The Kardashian empire was built solely on that and then later maintained on the depravity of each of those women in the family.

Oj is a criminal and a bad one at that, that's why even though he got a second chance, he went back to his vomit like a dog and is now looked down on.

Violence is the highest expression of art, done well you are worshipped and revered. Done badly, you are looked down on as some kind of filthy animal. But in the end it's all the same.

You can tell that the gov has people by the balls and has warped their minds, when this is a common "meme" among normies and has been for years and years. The problem is that the state is the bad guy, not the good guy, and the lawyer willing to go to bat for the underdog "criminal" is the hero. Ever read To Kill a Mockingbird or watch the movie? Why is Atticus Finch a hero but not other criminal defence lawyers? Because the killer in TKAMB is a Black person?

the problem is that browns of all flavors were never meant to be part of this system and can't function within it. getting some white guy off for not paying car insurance is good, getting off some Black person for murder then he goes out and murders a white family is bad

            >getting off some Black person for murder then he goes out and murders a white family is bad
As you can imagine there are quite a few of these cases where the evidence in favor of conviction is quite damning. In these cases it's the defense attorney's job to make sure the defendant is still treated fairly, and to advise him to make the decisions that are most beneficial to him, such as pleading guilty and admitting fault in return for a lighter sentence. You would have to be insane to actually try to defend that man when you know from the start the evidence leaves no room for doubt. Insane or perhaps paid a frightening amount of money... In any case, it's not the lawyer's job to determine who is right or wrong. Attorneys are there compare the facts of the case and arrive at a conclusion that comes closest to the truth (for the whole truth can never really be known) through rational argument. Only when all of the facts have been examined is judgement is made by the jury.
