Metal Gear Rising Revengeance is the single most masterfully directed game ever, as far as cutscenes go. An anime could never approach its greatness, it would be pointless.
MGS2's meta bullshit would really be hurt by pulling it out of its native medium. MGS, Snake Eater and Peace Walker probably have potential, but I doubt Netflix would preserve the campy shit that made their stories so fun.
