Anon, he was closer to the flawed characters of his shows than you want to admit. A lot of the staff did not enjoy working with him. He'd force people into weird sexual conversations. He even knew he was difficult and just stopped coming to the office and would do all his dialog from home. At the time he was fired none of the new people had met him.
There probably is something wrong with him if he can't gauge how and when to talk about weird sex shit and just not coming to work was easier than just not doing it
