I can't imagine it being any different. they'll chase down feel-good stories about rescuing a cat or whatever with all the excitement of renaming a park.
Brooklyn 99 + parks and rec + the office
is each season of The Wire for stupid people. is there one at a school yet?
It's all the same formula too. 1 worker is a dwight clone/authority figure w/ no authority, there's always a romance they string along for seasons Jim/Pam and there's always an ultra stupid kevin knock off. I'm always surprised they haven't done an auto factory one.
>meet Tamika Williams, a bisexual black journalist from New York >she got fired from her job at the Wall Street Journal after she (truly) accused her boss of sexual harassment >she’s disillusioned with the male-dominated world of big national journalism and wants to forge her own path >she starts working as a volunteer journalist at the Buttfrick Bugle in Wisconsin >but the editor-in-chief is a silly boomer Drumpf supporter who rejects all her obviously correct and logical ideas! Uh oh! >get ready for lots of jokes about how white people are evil and anywhere you can’t get contactless Somalian takeout is a backwater flyover shithole
Who the hell asked for this?
Even the UK office fell off towards the end.
The American remake was terrible and lasted for like 50 seasons or whatever they normally do.
You want more? You want more of that?!
Execs looking at the numbers and seeing a significant portion of people subbing to Peawiener to watch literally nothing but The Office on repeat because that's the only place you can get it now and those execs are like we should cash in on this
they don't give a shit if it's good or not
Boy am I! My biggest two problems with the original American version was that it was not very diverse and spent waaay too much time on "comedy" instead of allyship. Hopefully this will be corrected in this one.
They took community off Hulu midwatch so I just subscribed. I'm going to rewatch Parks and Rec and cancel. They do have the ""blackface"" dungeons and dragons EP of community though, so that's cool.
Community was gay when it aired and is gay now, you think because a hundred gay Black folk post here that means I have to like their gay Black person garbage? Frick you and that clown homosexual childish Gambino too
>still seething over all the scenes of Alison Brie's character lusting after Donald Glover's character >still seething that Troy nailed Britta and she loved it

I don't see the over shit because I dropped the show three episodes in, anyone straight would.
Of course it will. All these big media corps have to do is trade ad space back and forth when needed to create FOMO. Normies are so stupid all they have to do is see that every other lemming is loving it and have your bots and useful idiots defend its quality. Basically guaranteed success.
no
We already had Parks and Rec

Don't forget Superstore. Shit was shameless in how much it aped The Office. Some episode plots were practically 1-to-1
Is Jenna going to be in it? I know the fans really want me to be in it.

US version was better than UK.

How is it a spinoff if it's a different setting with a different cast?
Isn't the office set in our universe?
Boy am I! My biggest two problems with the original American version was that it was not very diverse and spent waaay too much time on "comedy" instead of allyship. Hopefully this will be corrected in this one.
Holy shit. NBC Universal is desperate to full their dumpster fire that is Peawiener.
Why are millies so obsessed with The Office?
Do they all just relate to Michael Scott so much?
No wonder Occupy Wall Street flopped.
>going to Peawiener
so nobody will see it? srsly who the frick is subscribing to Peawiener?
noone is. They got saul goodmans guy creating bot subscribers.
They took community off Hulu midwatch so I just subscribed. I'm going to rewatch Parks and Rec and cancel. They do have the ""blackface"" dungeons and dragons EP of community though, so that's cool.

Women aren't allowed here b***h
Community was massive on Cinemaphile when it was airing, newbie.

Are there any good comedy shows currently?
