For once two dudes are on screen and not being presented as immediately ready to suck each other's dicks. They're just characters and no jokes or some gay chaser's fapfuel.
That's true, it's refreshing to see a relationship with 2 guys that doesnt immediately revolve around sex like Stolas and Blitz. Athough, we'll see how Viz handles the actual romantic part of it first, cause as of now they're still just friends. She hasn't really shown much in terms of subtle character development. Ideally, she'll allow the relationship to pace itself and let Husk see more of the real Angel before he commits. Let them handle each other's individual problems before they start fricking.
They will frick during the extermination at the point where god comes down from heaven to fight lucifer. At the same time Charlie's ex boyfriend shows up ?!
I think it's more likely Alastor will make Husk work as a double agent and betray the hotel in some way when he actually starts to be an active villain.
Alastor can do that shit himself, doesn't need to use Husk for that kind of thing. But his motives besides entertaining himself from boredom and maybe being on Lilith's leash seem to be just that. The only other thing on his mind now is probably the extermination as he at least found out who killed one.
If he really wants to flex on all the other overlords and all of hell itself he would beat Adam and broadcast his screams to all, but I'm guessing he's not even sure if he can hurt angels yet. Might try to offer a deal with Vaggie just to see if her being a fallen angel has any particular worth.

My guess is Alastor will probably end up defeating Vox, since they have that rivalry. Valentino may need a whole combined grop effort to defeat him between the rest of the hotel cast. Velvette, as of now, may be put in her place by Carmine.
That'd be a bit unsatisfying. Alastor has no personal engagement with either Val or AD. That isn't to say it won't happen, but it'd be bad writing. Which isn't off the table in this show.

val is probably the most prominent - if AD redeems or fricks off he would definitely step into the ring
vox has his feud with alastar, wants to prevent charlie from reaching a deal, and wants in the hotel but doesn’t really have the opportunity for that right now
velvette is a wildcard. she deduced camilla being the angel-slayer and allegedly has a plan for a fullscale assault on heaven, but she isn’t really related to the main conflict at all at the moment
