In Jinki the conclusion to the rapist villain creep's story was him getting turned into a girl with no powers and getting gang raped by random rapist punks so I guess this isn't unprecedented but still.

Winvulga and the other jinki from the MC team died in the main story, and reborn into girls. They will have to gain the same power as Mashiro, and will have to choose to stay in the artificial world, or to return to the main story.
So the main cast all just died?

The turtle jinki will be out soon and the stories will connect from there.
I don't know what's going on or how true any of this is, but I hate it. The new shit doesn't hold a candle to Rape Zoids.

The magazine it was in got axed.
It got shifted over to Young Champion Retsu and basically started from Volume 1 again with the Rebellion Arc; the one OP's talking about. Its basically a weird pseudo reboot/continuation, almost identical to what happened with OG Jinki to Extend before they linked up, for all extents and purposes at this point.
Champion Red's still alive, anon. As for as I can grasp, some are thinking they're might have been a change of editorial or something at the magazine which was caused it to shift over to another magazine rather than be outright cancelled.

It got shift to Retsu because Red no long can host the R content. Retsu is more an adult-based magazine and it is under the same publisher (Tsunashima got burnt with JINKI going to a different publisher) so Rebellion takes shelter there with a new start.
Everything has been explained in vol. 1.

Yeah which is why i fjnd it weird they just let the new editor for the old magazine decide to try and change the magazines identity and move the the serirs to other books.

The magazine's editors changed and kept trying to censor it so Tsunashima followed his old editor to a different magazine. The soft reboot is so that new readers can jump in, he already said that the two storylines will connect soon.

If they connect this story to the main one, a copy of Win's human body will manifest all of a sudden in Winvurga's wienerpit once she regains consciousness in the main universe, or void as it was called as far as the second chapter.
I've only ever seen the Jinki Extend anime and I'm so confused.

Is the original jinki/jinki extend manga finally fully translated
Nope. Extend has a few chapters left but I don't know how high of a priority it is for the group doing it since they've got a ton of other stuff to translate that seemingly they're more interested in atm.
So is Jinki, Jinki Extend, and J:E Relation all still one universe, and the Winvurga + Reboot its own universe? Or at they being connected at some point?
