Have you watched it? It’s obvious in the first few episodes but it never goes full blown social justice with its characters and themes. They even have a character that changes between male and female and the way they gender him/her is refreshing and when they start using they pronouns it doesn’t feel forced but natural.

I disagree, a character like Superman was never meant to have flying powers initially. But later writers evolved the character in many ways and that has become part of canon.
Writers can change the character if they feel it improves the story telling, its also up to the consumers to accept or reject it

You really hate the Boys that much? I discovered it after watching a bit of my hero academia (didn’t get far) and I was instantly hooked with the premise. The show also get wild with certain visuals and isn’t afraid to get violent
