The only true, genuine love DCAU Bruce had was Andrea Beaumont. Everything else was just a lesser distraction.
Diana was just legit into Bruce, not Batman. He was an honorable, disciplined warrior who dedicated his life to justice and protecting the weak, and wanted no fame or glory in return. That kind of shit makes any version of Diana instantly wet.
DCAU Batman was a fool for letting that slip through his fingers. She was so into Bruce that she ended up fricking off to an alternate dimension and staying with that universe's Bruce instead in one of the comics.

anime manages to make lips attractive on plenty of characters. its just western cartoons that have this issue.
It's a lightweight/thickness issue, anime with lips generally tries to make them subtle with some gaps in lines to show them as light and "soft", cartoons will do thick holding lines and it looks bad
It really depends on whether the artists can draw lips well.
