are you moronic? This is just young justice, which teen titans largely copied instead of the usual teen titans soap opera, melodramatic nonsense

As a guy who got into Titans through the show I really don't understand why people like this guy get so mad at the comics for being more serious.

Ironically, that's what Young Justice is now known for.

What said. Just make an OG Young Justice cartoon. Make it fun and 90s as frick and stick to the original run. If you really want to go full tilt then give Kon, Bart and Tim their own solo cartoons and then also YJ as a tie in group cartoon at the same time and use the same VAs across the four shows. Shit would be cash.

They're sort of this already, but what if the Teen Titans were like a junior Justice League? It's where youngsters go to learn to become real superheroes. They learn from one another and are occasionally mentored by Superman, Batman, so on.

Well duh. I'm just asking if they rebooted the '03 cartoon and basically adapted YJ with a TT branding for a 2020s audience, would it work out?

Frick no. Kon El is self explanatory and Cassie is pretty straightforward by Impulse and Tim Drake have unnecessarily complicated origins that rely heavily on legacy.
Everyone would just be asking for the real Titans back.

    TT03?

No because TT03gays are the most annoying stans who b***h about any other Titans project that isn’t just TT03 and its lineup and characterization again.

TTG was unironically based for getting those autists seething and foaming at the mouth for over a decade

Bruh. The 24/7 schedule was such bullshit and waste of money to still be paying cable anymore

DC doesn't give a shit about the YJ crew so I'll take it if it means more fan content of them

Just do Young Justice: Slightly Older and have Tim pay for everyone to go to the same college so they can fight crime and do wacky young adult stuff. No need to burden them with the TT shit again, especially when most/all of them aren't minors anymore.

They already did a Young Justice show and it got cancelled twice.

Except Conner was the only one of them they really used. They made Dick his friend instead of Tim and added randoms no one cares about like Martian Rapist and Blaquaman.

The shit I'd do to see 90s Kon make a comeback in animated media. Hated how they made him so damn moody in the YJ TV show

half the characters in young justice are in-name only versions of them

the yj series is yj in name only. It's like bootleg teen titans that grew into bootleg jlu

Yeah it was good for that first season, though.
S2 would have been better if they'd focused less on Impulse and Blue Beetle.

Was this the closest we got to an accurate Kon portrayal?

      >so damn moody in the YJ TV show
to be fair, someone who was made in a lab, denied a childhood, and rejected by the only family he has is isn't gonna be a happy go lucky teenage flirty pretty-boy. The fact that Kon could even function on basic level as a person given his origin is already a big stretch. Neither should Kara for that matter given what she went though, she should have hard depression and survivors guilt.

The only one who could reasonably have a happy go lucky personality is kid Jon since he has the benefit of a loving family and a practically magical childhood.

Yeah it was good for that first season, though.
S2 would have been better if they'd focused less on Impulse and Blue Beetle.

S2 was such a disappointment, everyone wanted the S1 members of the team to get their time in the sun and be the main focus of the story. The show was originally pitched as teen heroes coming in to their own and following in the footsteps of their predecessors, instead we got a much gayer Justice League Unlimited.
