He will kill capeshit forever so yes

No, not after he lost his mind and started making CGI cartoon slop. If he died in the late '90s his legacy would be more fondly remembered.

                Everything fizzles out.

Maybe you’re too zoomer to remember but we actually went through a sword-and-sandals phase in the early 2000s.

5 years is a long time for a music trend. Nu-metal was popular for an equal amount of time, and grunge was shorter.

no, boomers starting to die off & moron late 70s/ early 80s babies gen xers replacing them as the culturally dominant demographic is what caused the 80s revival synthwave goonies aesthetic fad starting in the mid 2010s

Boomers weren’t dying in droves in 2011 alar all. Drive inspired Hotline Miami(which exposed people to other synthwave artists) and Nightcall is the biggest synthwave track because of the movie. Cope, nobody cares about the eceleb never weres

      >How come Avatar doesn't have any cultural impact?
Were you perhaps like 4 years old when Avatar released? People were literally going into depression and an hero because they could not live on Pandora. It was mass hysteria.

Avatar great visuals no story still like it enough

He didn't make many movies, what he has made is pretty epic like Terminator 2 is probably one of the best films ever made.
That said, I think after Titanic he really just started focusing on his diving career which is cool.
Is it just me or does the guy just seem like a complete dick? I get this feeling from all his interviews and documentaries about Titanic, Bismarck, and Deep Sea Challenge. I mean he just personally seems like someone I wouldn't want to be around because of his slightly rude behavior. I would never want to meet him.
