i know the feeling, buddy. it's because her ME1 model is pretty low quality since you never see her face outside the obligatory 'looking at skyscraper' scene at the start and all the cutscenes are cartoony animations, while me2 has a full detailed model that was ripped so that's what every SFM 'artist' uses

No. Story is bland and the niche source material means the budget would be low and the gorgeous city would like CG shit. The only thing this game was remarkable for was the first person free running, which would have the depth of Hardcore Henry if filmed in that POV. Hardcore Henry deserves props for the attempt but it’s not a style worth repeating for the screen.
Only if they cast a hot chick as the lead, she's got the moves, and the camera remembers we're here to look at her during action scenes and in between panoramic shots of the city.
If done right, Mirror's Edge could be more successful as a TV or movie series. The 2 games, original and reboot, were both financial losses for EA or non-blockbuster games.. They're just cult classics like Beyond Good and Evil.
