yeah that sounds about what it was like here in Illinois before it was legalized. (got arrested twice for weed and now that its finally legal i dont even smoke anymore) the reason they do the >4 oz = felony thing is because they think youre trying to sell with that much weight.
also it said >up to 3 months in jail and a $2000 fine. it would probably be more like $500 fine and no jail time. thats what it was for me
