>saw the poster at a bus stop on my way home from highschool one day >Bruce Willis, check >Sci-Fi, check >that redhead chick looks hot, I wonder if she'll get her breasts out? >went to see it with my mom that weekend, and we both had a blast.
It's such a visual movie, so many movies could be radio plays or theater plays with no changes, but there are a few that remind you "hey, this is a visual medium". I also love how different it is from practically every SF movie, somehow there's no Starwars/trek or even bladerunner/alien influences. Closest I can think of is the Flash Gordon movie from the 70s
This is one of the most Lynchian non-Lynch movies ever made. So much inexplicably weird dreamy nightmare shit. Like that scene where Gary Oldman is somehow on the phone with this fricking space entity and some strange black liquid just starts oozing out of his own head and running down his face, like what the actual frick?
At the beginning? >War is coming. Stones not safe on Earth.
If you saw it as a kid you might have missed this. Though if you don't understand the plot you might just have the dumb.
Kino.
the power of loooooooooooove
looooooove sweeeeeeet looooooooooooove
>villain is evil
>no wait he's actually just blackmailed by aliens
>no wait he's actually just evil
Kino of the highest order.
flat chest sexo
A good movie completely overblown and overrated by sci-fi genreplebs.
It was basically just Die Hard in space, but the sets and effects are pure kino. Besides the crappy guns, every second of footage was sci-fi kino.
reddit slop
recommend me a good scifi movie
all sci fi movies suck, just go watch the original Star Trek series.
star trek is reddit. Black folk in space, imagine.
I, Robot and Minority Report, and of course The Matrix and Blade Runner (all of them)
I, Robot is fricking trash.
shut the frick up you tryhard contrarian.
why do redditors get so offended when you hate their favorite movies
Yes they are. So what now, reddit boy? Gonna cry about your feelings?
Twice someone calls you out fore naming the boogeyman and twice you call them reddit.
KorbenKorbenKorbenKorben aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
That's me! ha ha ha
A movie going all in and not caring what anyone thinks
Milla's nips
This just made me laugh so hard my stomach muscles cramped.
Air was pushed forcefully from my nostrils.
That's what Bruce Willis also is saying as well too hahahahah cause of his dementia
not cool, brah
Sci fi really peaked in the 90s- early 00s
It's called a fun well made movie. They used to make those.
>WTF did I just watch?
Imagine seeing it in theater only knowing it was a scifi movie starring Bruce Willis. The opera scene is burned into my mind.
exactly my experience.
>saw the poster at a bus stop on my way home from highschool one day

Been one of my favorite movies ever since.
Your mom digs breasts too huh?

I think it's pretty clearly inspired by french comics with a contemporary high fashion veneer.
This movie goes by too fast. By the time they make it on the cruise ship it’s almost over, needed another 30 mins of kino at least
Watched it again on a flight home from Paris and it makes SO much more sense when you’ve spent too much time in Paris
HEAT! I need some heat!

Certified kino and has aged extremely well.
man those stewardesses were fine as frick
I honestly don’t understand the plot of this movie to this day and what the temple scene was about
At the beginning?

multipass
A good movie.
the best sci-fi movie of the 1990s.
