I'd say so yeah.
It's just a soft retcon to make sense why he appeared in Genosha in the first series back before the writers knew he was a time traveler like Bishop.
He could have save everyone if the learned to talk and said longe before that making a city full of mutants and without any alarms and defense system is a bad idea.
Fricking giant island and no one saw a Godzilla sized Master Mold Tri-Sentinel explodin everything until is was in their fricking door?
They didn't had anyone with telepaty or a fricking line phone or walk-talks?
I think he's the one who sent telepathic warnings to Jean and Maddy, but the messages weren't clear because he hasn't been trained to master his TP yet.
At least they got the 80s idea going on.
The 80s had a thing for putting in existing songs that may or may not be fitting for the scene at hand.
Compared to the 2000s that is obsessed with putting in as much emotional music as possible for every beat.
I can't stop thinking about this past episode. It was truly excellent television. I'm blown away. I don't even have much to say on it besides how good it all was, except for the Scott/Jean shit which I hope gets resolved soon enough now that Maddie's dead. Man the Magneto and Gambit deaths were so good. A lowkey badass going out with a bang and a formerly evil badass going out with a soft whimper. Perfection.
gambit is definitely coming back, there has to be at least one 'star crossed romance' to root for, I could see it not happening til the next season tho and he's some how an embittered baddie clone or whatever that has to be brought back to good side.
So Moria's mutant power was reincarnation right?
And what she realized was that Sentinels would always be created and give rise to the divergent evolution of humanity that fuses with machines to replace old humanity and mutants
So...why didn't Moria use one of her reincarnations to take control of the Sentinel and AI project and instill in it compassion and care for life? Vision is proof that machines can coexist and care for humanity and she'd be aware of Vision and could have even incorporated Vision into the design.
TURN IT OFF! TURN IT OFF NOW!
HAPPY NATION LIVING IN A HAPPT NATION
I'm surprised no one caught it during episode 1.
to be fair it was so distorted that I didn't even register it as being a song.
You think Cable's been trying to stop this incident since the first time he landed in Genosha?
I'd say so yeah.
It's just a soft retcon to make sense why he appeared in Genosha in the first series back before the writers knew he was a time traveler like Bishop.
Why the frick he was even in this episode? Just to say he hate dubstep and loud music??
So, you don't cry so hard from knowing that Gambit and Magneto died because you know he's trying to fix it.
He could have save everyone if the learned to talk and said longe before that making a city full of mutants and without any alarms and defense system is a bad idea.

That's why Jean bleed?
Dud just psychic-punched his mon from the inside out
I think they were more like memory retcons due to time frickery attempts that failed, and in some lucky instances, got a glimpse of what is to come.
It came it pretty stealthfully at night. Which is a lot less conspicuious then the day time attack in the comics.
They better bring Gambit back for a Marauders
plot or I'm fricking rioting.
Didn't Dazzler flirt with Cyclops in the original?
Where was the wild man of Borneo?
Why does Cable have the star mark on his eye? Does he think he is Shatterstar or Longshot or something?
It's a scar but the real reason is Liefeld
he's a KISS fan
Rob Liefield thought it would look cool.
OK. Aux cord is yours mutie. Pick a song to get genoshaded to.
It's the end of the world as we know it, and I feel fine
Slim Pickens Does the Right Thing and Rides the Bomb to Hell

It's an arc theme song too. Perfectly represents the dream of Genosha
I need all Emma's screenshots from this chapter
No
She didn't appear a lot.
Enough for me
I SAW THE SIGN
AND IT OPENED UP MY EYES
I SAW THE SIGN
IT'S A BEAUTIFUL LIFE
WOAH OH OH OOOOO OOH
I JUST WANNA BE HERE BESIDE YOU
There is nothing more kino than a badass death scene.
Is enough to watch the show to understand the claremont run?
wait so madelyne pryor is dead?
Yep.
totally believable that a character stays dead in the x-men especially in a cartoon where morph is now a member of the x-men
I knew this show was gonna suck from the beginning
How is it body diversity when every woman is built the same?
Big boobs vs stick
NO I'M TOO LATE AAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH
Rip mamma madeleine
>Roxette was spared

those that know
Mysterio is there?
are gambit and magneto in any scenes in the trailer that havent been shown yet? that could probably really easily dispel if they are revived or not
Cable tries to save the day but fails. AvX is coming
XvA not AvX
There's an XvA? I haven't kept up in recent years.
No I mean the original
gambit is definitely coming back, there has to be at least one 'star crossed romance' to root for, I could see it not happening til the next season tho and he's some how an embittered baddie clone or whatever that has to be brought back to good side.
More likely Gambit is cominging back as a Horseman of Apocalypse.
What can we expect for the next season? Maybe start the new x-men and astonishing era with S3 being the schism and AvX?
