>X-MEN: THE LAST STAND originally ended with Pyro returning to the Xavier School for Gifted Youngsters after Magneto’s defeat and being given a second chance by his rival Iceman. Test-audiences felt he was too evil to get redemption, so he just disappears after being knocked out by Iceman, since there was no time or money to film a proper death scene.

Considering the movies we end up getting, I don't know how much test audiences can be trusted.
what "evil" acts did this guy commit?
Shoots some fireballs at some cops who are about to arrest him and turn him in to be vaccinated for being a mutant. It was still that post 9/11 world where you were supposed to worship government employees
>NO MORE DEAD COPS!!
>NO, MORE DEAD COPS!!
>NO, MORE, DEAD COPS
The cops had just shot wolverine in the head and dropped him when Logan was just trying to talk them down. Pyro retaliated by blowing up their cars. All the police jumped out of the way and nobody died.
The only "evil" act he did was leave with magneto lol
He blew up a cure handout center.
I don't know if anyone died in the medical care center explosion but he also set some guys jacket sleeve on fire and laughed about it. Guy was an butthole but still... 3rd degree burns..??

He referred to Ellen Page as a woman.
He literally blew up a hospital. There were probably kids in there.
>and being given a second chance by his rival Iceman.
They just can't stand to see men being able to let bygones be bygones.
I recalled this guy to be whiter. But he actually looks like a mutt.
And is subsequently recast as a fat brown kid in Deadpool.
Nope, different characters with similar powers.
Nah, he was a different character
Zesty.
He was in Days of Futures Past though.
No he wasn't moron
No that was Sunspot. Same shit different wrapper
Why are test audiences and focus groups always staked with professional morons? I mean they manage to somehow get the most braindead normie scum, then they listen to their asinine opinions like it's gold. Wtf? Has there ever been a focus group that didn't frick shit up worse?
The average normie is a professional moron
I thought he was one of the coolest as a kid. He must have resisted Bryan Singer’s assraping and got blackballed.
Just googled it and I was right lmaooo!!
> Just a few days after the film’s premiere, actor Alex Burton, who played Pyro in the superhero story and was 18 during filming, filed a lawsuit against three of Singer’s friends and associates at the Digital Entertainment Network (or DEN, a media enterprise that Singer was affiliated with at the time). Per THR, Burton claimed in his suit against DEN’s Marc Collins-Rector, Chad Shackley, and Brock Pierce that he “had been plied with drugs, sexually assaulted by the trio at the DEN outpost in Encino, held against his will and threatened with physical harm between July 1999 and May 2000,” during which X-Men was in production.
>Alex Burton
different actor to the one in the sequels
imagine being a gen x writer watching your kid doing a kickflip and going
>this
>this is our movie
>he was too evil
He was a bit smug or whatever but where are all these evil acts? He's less evil than several other mutants on the bad guys' side, including Magneto himself.
The reason why he died is because he was too OP
Apart from Iceman who could stop him? Wolverine maybe.
Liked his character arc in the second movie. Then he just sorta fizzed out in the third.
