Christ, I'm so fricking tired this shit. This is 'we wuz kangz' levels or moronic. How long until they decide to reveal that base line humans were actually created by a mutant scientist with a huge head?

They're already pretending that the Celestials didn't make mutants by accident by jamming the x-gene into them for shits and giggles, but made powerless HUMANS by accident by outright locking their potential away. We might be heading into some “Chronicle of the Daevas” shit going on here, frankly.

Jesus, the whole inhumans push really drove the x-offices out of their goddamn minds, and the worse part is that no one is going to prevent these stupid decisions because x-gays are just as insane and eat this shit up.

The fact that this society predates the Aaronvenger cavemen Avengers is just... how?

It's Earth and it predates Aaron's caveman Avengers.

I give cavengers a slight pass since originally the celestials made a version of humans way before regular humans evolved, and those were the ones to go off and make the hyperborean age. Though Aaron’s cavengers shit is complete garbage.

There has to come a point when someone steps in an stops the fricking from doing every moronic storyline that drops on the desk.

Complaining about Hickmans X-men on Cinemaphile is pointless, the degenerates are so dug in they can't admit anything is wrong with it because they have self inserted so deeply they would be admitting theres something wrong with themselves.

Just be glad its not renamed to X-peoples yet and hope that once the run is over the next writer hand waves the last couple years.

When you think about it, it really doesn't make much sense this way around where either humanity evolved separate yet still mutant-capable/compatible or mutants were first but some catastrophe culled them to only those with inactive x-genes until more recently mutants started to appear again.

I'm not even talking about a society that looks like the goddamn Star Wars cantina scene, but evolutionarily mutants as independent feels terrible. Nevermind that mutant couples tend to produce children with similar powers to one of their parents, sometimes acquiring both or a weird hybrid version of the two powersets, but even if we consider that a pure mutant society wouldn't have any prejudice against their morlocks how many poor bastards like Santos are there? He's never going to be able to get his rocks off in someone and spread his genes.

And ultimately the one thing we haven't seen yet is how these so-called mutant societies deal with the inevitable activation of a world-ending reality warper or someone who turns into a living nuclear explosion but can't control it. X comics have them often dealing with dangerous but otherwise innocent mutants. Hope's Lights versus that mutant baby who was so afraid of being born it telepathically took control over a portion of a city. Or that weird freaky chick in New Mutants whose reality warping fricked up everyone in reach of her power. The more mutants you have the greater the odds of this kind of shit happening. How many Jim Jaspers or Legions can a society withstand until it falls? How many Phoenix Hosts before it burns itself to the bedrock?

Feels like mutant societies survive best when they're constantly fighting for survival which allows them to channel their more destructive society members outward with less risk of self-damage. That's the Arakko method, and they're struggling to adapt to peacetime and probably won't stick around for long. Krakoa, meanwhile, has its own growing pains as it tries to become a true mutant society with Nemesis putting his finger on just one of their issues.

I wouldn't be surprised, though, if this first mutant society wound up victim to a Phoenix Host who decided to do the whole death/rebirth thing on a society level. Might have some point since Okkara eventually rose but then split up itself.

I've seem the theory online that this is a Prardox society i.e. there from the future and went back to live in the past for whatever reason

Do we really need another special episode of Cinemaphile where anon has to learn the hard lesson that opinions are subjective and other people might dare to like what he liketh not?

We have three different threads complaining about Hickman's X-men, homie. Who are the homosexuals who actually like this shit?

/co/. Look at the other threads and you'd spot the common trait that what we like to do is b***h about things. You think those rippa threads are sincere praise for its success or just bait to complain about it?
