Yes, the movie was really about 13 biker brothers going on a journey to see if they have what it takes to be an actual MC. Ultimately they decided that the hierarchy and rules weren't for them, but they learned something on the interstate journey and it's easy to see why they respect the guys in the MC.

Really like this for being an enjoyable, low stakes entry in the subgenre.
I'm optimistic for the spiritual sequel, but I think it will have a hard time being as good without the MC aesthetic/conceit
